Die Kinder der Regenmacher (The children of the rainmakers) is an African family saga that describes life in pre-colonial Tanzania. The performers go in search of their own origins, their traditions, their supposed identities. But the return to the "African roots" is not entirely without incident, because a group of journalists from Iran and Afghanistan are following their footsteps to do research on intercultural comparisons ...
